There is something about women in short skirts and high heels. It is such a fun summer look for women that can pull it off. For those with toned and shapely legs a short skirt will really be a head turner. Add a pair of high heel sandals or slides and you have a perfect sunny outfit. For women with long legs the reason short skirt works is obvious. It is very sexy to see so much bare leg in fashion. But for those women that are petite, short skirts and high heel pumps and sandals are perfect. It helps lengthen the legs and make you appear taller.
