After the world learned of his teen-fucking hobby earlier this month, I didn't think Jared from Subway could be even more hated than he already is, but then AOL did a little digging into his "Jared Fogle Healthy Lifestyle Nationwide School Grant Program." Turns out the foundation, which was created to combat childhood obesity, was basically a huge scam. From AOL:

According to tax records, the charity never actually issued a grant, despite his promise to give schools and community organizations $2 million. In fact, records reveal that 60% of the non-profit's budget actually went to former Executive Director Russell Taylor -- who is currently in jail on child porn charges.

Another 26% apparently just disappeared.

The parents of Jorge Cruz Jr. sued Gayheart on Monday for wrongful death, The Associated Press reports. They allege that the actress was talking on a cell phone when her Jeep Grand Cherokee hit their son on June 13 in Hollywood, Calif. The boy received severe head injuries and died the next day.

The accident is still under investigation and could result in the filing of criminal charges, the Los Angeles Police Department said in a statement issued Wednesday. According to the police statement, several cars had stopped to allow the boy to cross the street when Gayheart's Jeep entered a left-turn lane in order to pass slowing cars and struck him. [People]

Megan Fox moves fast. It was learned on Wednesday that Megan and husband Brian Austin had separated after five years of marriage. But hopefully they can work things out, right? Maybe a little counseling? Nope. Megan filed for divorce on Friday. FromTMZ:

Brian Austin Green will almost certainly get spousal support from Megan Fox in their divorce, and the reason appears to stem from a terrible car accident ... our sources say it's likely she'll end up paying Brian spousal support, because of the large disparity in income and income potential.

We're told Brian has worked very little since last December, when he was in a head-on collision ... we're told the accident triggered a serious medical condition ... vertigo, which affects balance. Our sources say Brian's vertigo is so bad he can't get out of bed.  We're told he hasn't worked since the accident.

Tough luck for Brian, right? He got to bang Megan Fox for over 10 years. And now he's gonna get a monthly check from her. Gosh, I hope my luck is that bad some day.

Kourtney Mary Kardashian (born April 18, 1979) is an American television personality and model. In 2007, she and her family were commissioned to star in the reality television series Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Its success led to the creation of spin-offs including Kourtney and Khloé Take Miami andKourtney and Kim Take New York.

Personal life

Kourtney began dating Scott Disick in 2006, when they met at friend Joe Francis' house party in Mexico.^[29] The couple have had an on-again, off-again relationship, all throughout the filming of the show. Kourtney gave birth to their first son, Mason Dash Disick, on December 14, 2009. Mason's birth, by Beverly Hills doctor Paul Crane, was filmed and aired during the 4th season of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.^[30][31]

In early 2010, the couple temporarily moved to Miami with their son and Kourtney's sister Kim. During this time, Kourtney believed Disick had an alcohol problem. After regularly attending therapy and temporarily giving up alcohol, Disick and Kourtney reconciled and they continued their relationship in mid-2010.^[32]

In 2011, during the final episode in the first season of Kourtney and Kim Take New York, Disick purchased an engagement ring and planned to propose to Kourtney during an evening meal in New York City. However, when Disick asked Kourtney's opinion on marriage, she said that she responded with "if things are so good now... why would we want to change that?", so he did not propose.^[33] On July 8, 2012, Kourtney gave birth to their second child, daughter Penelope Scotland Disick.^[34]

In June 2014, it was announced that the couple were expecting their third child together.^[35] Kourtney gave birth on December 14, 2014, to their third child, a son, Reign Aston Disick, which was also on Mason's fifth birthday.^[36]
